That's better after the mustard foot bath! The trip down to the quays has also left me with a chill, and now it's foggy and the lamplighters are out with their lighting poles, but in this weather it's all very dim! Anyway I promised to do a bit more walking, so here we go with:-

Whew! that's worn me out. You can hardly see the street lamps now, just indistinct balls of dim orange glow in the fog. Have called in a little Ale & Porter house for a jug of beer. Roaring fire, lots of jolly singing mariners ~ and I'm slowly drifting off in the warmth. I'll be back soon with a walk up CAZNEAU STREET, and when the fog clears, another visit to see my friends down on the docks.
